The Assembler I role will assist and learn from a senior assembler. The Assembler I will perform basic manufacturing and cleaning work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Duties and Responsibilities: * Assist a senior Assembler with assembling products and sub-components to support vehicle production and other products * Support vehicle and material movement in and around facility * Follow electronic build book for assembly instructions * Clean and prepare components and vehicles for production * Maintain a clean and safe work environment * Follow established safety procedures
Minimum qualifications: * High School diploma or equivalent * Proficient with computer usage * Ability to learn and follow written instructions * Ability to perform fine hand manipulation * Knowledge of tools and their use * Ability to focus on details and quality of work
Preferred qualifications: * High School automotive shop class(es) * Experience performing personal vehicle maintenance * Valid driver’s license with a good driving record * Ability to work overtime as needed including weekends
