We’re now looking for a proactive and organised Barista Supervisor to lead our office bar and barista team. If you’re ready to take the next step, lead a team and help us make the bar experience even better, we’d love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities
* Managing daily bar operations and the barista team
* Following all Health & Safety and hygiene procedures
* Preparing schedules and arranging replacements when needed
* Managing orders, stock control and equipment maintenance
* Monitoring team KPIs and approving annual leave
* Keeping reports and the POS system up to date
* Improving processes and suggesting new ideas
* Solving issues proactively and keeping operations running smoothly
Requirements

* Computer literate and comfortable with digital systems
* Fast learner and able to work under pressure
* Flexible, proactive and solution-oriented
* Confident taking ownership and supporting a team
* Languages: English required. Greek and/or Russian is a plus.
