Job Description

Kanadevia Inova is recruiting an experienced Site Construction Manager for a high-profile leadership role on major EPC power and industrial plant projects.

The position will initially be based in the UK working on a London project, with the opportunity to evolve into a global role as the business continues to grow internationally.

We are specifically interested in hearing from Site Construction Managers with M&E or Process experience, who have worked on the construction of EPC projects, values at between £100 - £500M, in Energy from Waste (EfW) or Power plants.

This senior site leadership role is responsible for safety, programme, quality and contractor performance across all mechanical, electrical and civil construction activities.

You will act as the key interface between contractors, suppliers and project management to ensure safe, compliant and on-time delivery of complex facilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and enforce Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) across all site activities

* Manage day-to-day mechanical, electrical and civil construction works

* Coordinate and supervise contractors, suppliers and site engineers

* Control programme, progress reporting, inspections and handover activities

* Deputise for the Site Manager and act as senior site representative when required

This posting reflects the main responsibilities of the position. Additional responsibilities and expectations will be discussed during the recruitment process.

Qualifications

* Extensive EPC construction experience, with 8+ years in large-scale industrial, EfW, or power plant projects valued between £100–500M, ideally in M&E or process environments.

* Strong technical and project management capability, including contracts, site coordination, and use of tools such as Primavera, MS Project, SAP, SharePoint, or PIRS.

* Qualified engineering professional, holding an engineering degree (or equivalent), SMSTS (or equivalent), and valid CSCS / SCC / CCNSG certification, with APM or similar project management qualification preferred.

* Highly effective planner and problem solver, able to manage multiple contractors and disciplines while delivering safe, timely, and well-documented outcomes.

* Proven leader and communicator, structured, adaptable, and solution-focused, with fluent English required (German or additional languages a strong advantage).
