About the role

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with a strong background in legal recruitment and a solid understanding of Learning & Development (L&D) principles. The ideal candidate will be experienced in recruiting lawyers and legal professionals globally, with a particular emphasis on aligning talent acquisition with business needs. In addition to sourcing top-tier candidates, this individual will help identify skill gaps, curate training content, and design professional development programs to support long-term talent success within our client organizations. Responsibilities:

* Source, screen, and manage top-tier legal professionals and other niche talent aligned with client needs in various jurisdictions (especially Australia, UK, and North America).

* Partner closely with internal account managers and external clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.

* Conduct structured interviews and assessments to ensure high-quality candidate fit.

* Curate and deliver tailored L&D strategies to support client teams — including onboarding, skill gap analysis, and continuous legal education initiatives.

* Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and develop scalable development programs.

* Maintain talent pipelines and proactively engage with passive candidates.

* Track and analyze recruitment and L&D metrics to optimize performance.

Requirements

* 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years specifically focused on the legal industry (law firms or in-house legal teams).

* Demonstrated experience in Learning & Development, including needs assessments, training program design, or managing upskilling initiatives.

* Strong understanding of legal roles, qualifications, and professional pathways in common law jurisdictions (e.g., Australia, UK, US).

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

* High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a data-driven mindset.

* Previous experience in a remote, distributed work environment is highly desirable.

Benefits

* Hybrid working environment

* Competitive compensation package.

* Regular training and professional development support.

If you are passionate about identifying top talent while contributing to their growth through impactful learning initiatives, we’d love to hear from you.

Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further discussions.
