The IT Support Specialist will provide basic technical assistance to employees, help troubleshoot computer and software issues, and ensure that company systems operate smoothly. Responsibilities include:
* Assist employees with computer, software, and network issues.
* Install, configure, and update computer systems and applications.
* Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions.
* Help manage user accounts, passwords, and system access.
* Maintain IT equipment and keep records of technical issues.
* Provide friendly technical support through email, chat, or phone.

Qualifications
