We have immediate opportunities for Seasonal Recruiting Sourcers to join our recruiting team.
What You Will Do
* Identify and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume Search, and other sourcing platforms. * Build and maintain talent pipelines for open positions across tax specific roles. * Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. * Conduct targeted searches using keywords, Boolean search, and other sourcing techniques to identify talent. * Review candidate profiles to assess experience and alignment with open roles. * Reach out to prospective candidates with clear, engaging, and personalized messaging. * Track candidate activity, outreach, and pipeline progress accurately in our ATS or CRM. * Stay organized across multiple searches and prioritize recruiting activity based on business needs. * Research talent markets and identify new sourcing channels and strategies to improve candidate pipelines. * Provide a positive candidate experience through timely, professional, and thoughtful communication.
Who You Are
* 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related talent acquisition role. * Must live and be legally authorized to work within the US. * Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume Search. * Comfortable working with an ATS or CRM to track candidates, outreach, and pipeline activity. * Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and recruiting partners. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple searches and priorities at once. * Curious and resourceful, with a proactive approach to finding and engaging talent. * Preferred experience sourcing for tax, accounting, finance, or other professional services roles.
