About the role
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You deploy our software at customer sites, integrate it with on-site systems, troubleshoot issues, and feed precise findings back to the engineering team. When you’re not traveling, you’ll contribute directly as a software engineer to our product codebase.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Install, configure, and validate our software in on-premise customer environments * Investigate and resolve issues on site; create minimal repros and hand over to Engineering as needed * Integrate with customer infrastructure and verify end-to-end workflows * Provide concise field feedback that informs product priorities * Act as a development team member when not traveling, applying your on-site knowledge to guide * Design and implementation towards impactful outcomes
REQUIREMENTS:
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience * Strong C# skills * Experience with desktop/UI frameworks (WPF, Avalonia) * Enthusiasm for robotics and industrial automation * Willingness to travel at least 40% * Excellent English communication skills
NICE TO HAVE:
* Experience with one or more of: robotics, machine vision, OpenGL, PLCs, or Modbus * C++ experience
