About the role

Make a measurable and mission-critical impact.

Join us on the Solutions Marketing team as a Solutions Marketing Coordinator, and help shape the future of safer, more efficient, and more reliable operations across the globe. Start your journey with Anova today!

You'll own Anova’s external communications strategy and execution, coordinating product launches, events, PR activities, and go-to-market campaigns across teams and agencies. You'll ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time, while leveraging AI to streamline workflows, optimize communications, and scale impact across channels.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

* Own and run the external communications calendar. Plan strategically and maintain the schedule behind every solution launch Anova announces and every event opportunity to create customer anticipation for our solutions  — owning cadence, deadlines, and coordination end to end. * Get brand content to the right place at the right time. Make sure published content and placements land in the channels, trade publications, and events our buyers actually pay attention to, on schedule. * Coordinate PR and secure interviews. Work with our Public Relationships (PR) agency to create PR content, helping them schedule and land interviews, features, and media opportunities for our team. * Hold messaging consistent across every medium. Be the guardian of one clear Anova story — published or live, on the website, in a trade journal, or in a distributor’s hands. * Use AI as your operating system. Lean on LLMs and automation to run the calendar, iterate and optimize, and keep messaging aligned at scale. * Partner across the business. Work with the Solutions Marketing Specialists, Sales, Product, and Vertical Market Directors to keep external communications aligned with what matters most, and contributing as opportunities arise.

What you’ll need to succeed:

Minimum Requirements -

* 2+ years in communications, content operations, PR, or marketing coordination — ideally in B2B industrial, manufacturing, or technical products. * Demonstrated experience—at least once, and ideally more—leading and manifesting something new into existence for the first time, be it a club, event, product, or beyond, and an ability to show and/or discuss it, and to reflect on the experience. * Hands-on fluency with AI and LLM tools — with evidence you already use them to accomplish meaningful tasks. Ideally, you are experienced building workflows, skills, markdown files, connectors, or more. * Willingness to follow a hybrid work schedule, blending remote work and working in the office with the team a few days per week. * Excellent writing and communication skills. * English fluency.

Preferred Qualifications -

* Experience working with or inside a PR agency, or managing external media relationships. * A track record owning an editorial or communications calendar and getting content and placements out on schedule across multiple channels, with minimal supervision.Experience coordinating PR or earned media — scheduling and securing interviews, working with a PR agency, and placing brand content. * Experience using AI to automate workflows at scale. * Prior work in IIoT, connected-hardware, or industrial technology environments. * Experience communicating into legacy or non-tech-forward industries such as LPG, propane, bulk fuels, lubricants, chemicals, industrial gases, energy, or utilities. * Familiarity with a modern marketing stack (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and content/calendar tooling. * Bachelor’s degree. * Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro.
