Calling all Westchester BTs/RBTs!
Meet your future boss: a 4-year-old boy who is fully verbal, fluent in English, and has a lot of opinions. He can tell you exactly what he thinks of your snack choices, your shoes, and your choice of game. Moderate functioning, severe behaviors, and zero hesitation about sharing his feelings at full volume. 🎤
You’re our person if: ✅ You can stay calm while a tiny human explains why this is the hill he’ll die on ✅ You’ve got heart, grit, and the reliability of a Swiss watch ⌚ ✅ You know the difference between a tantrum and a strategy (hint: sometimes it’s both) ✅ You believe in structure, consistency, and celebrating the little wins with the energy of a game-show host 🎉
Why you’ll love it: 📅 A real schedule. 25 hours every week, locked in. Budget like a grown-up. 🗣️ A verbal kiddo. You’ll hear, see, and measure your impact in real time. Progress you can actually hear. 📈 🛡️ LBAPS National has your back. Supervised, supported, and cheered on from the sidelines. 🧠 Real impact. This is the kind of work that changes a kid’s whole trajectory (and gives you great stories).
⚡ We’re picky, because he deserves the best. If that’s you, don’t wait.
📩 Apply now and let’s make some magic happen. ✨
