Your Profile

* Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 6 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, Financial Reporting, Audit, or a similar finance role. * Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP). * Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business partnering. * International exposure and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-growing environment. * Fluent in German and English. Knowledge of French, Dutch, or Arabic is a plus.

What We Offer

* A key role within a growing international consultancy at the heart of the energy transition. * Meaningful projects that contribute to the development of sustainable power systems worldwide. * A collaborative and entrepreneurial working environment. * Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid working. * Competitive salary package and attractive benefits. * Extensive learning, development, and career growth opportunities.
