Keeley Construction is looking for a Sr. Procurement Specialist to join our corporate Procurement Team in St. Louis, MO.
Primary Responsibilities
* Create, issue, and track purchase orders and subcontracts for materials and services. * Track shipments, confirm receipt of goods, and resolve delivery issues in collaboration with project and field teams. * Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors on pricing, delivery timelines, and backorders; maintain positive, professional relationships. * Maintain accurate purchase records, subcontracts, buyout logs, and vendor data within CMiC. * Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, conceptualize, solve problems, make decisions, and remain accountable. * Review vendor performance, to ensure compliance and manage performance improvement activities. Assist operations and Procurement Director with vendor scorecards. * Coordinate with Procurement Director to negotiate subcontracts and review terms and conditions with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and terms. * Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information. * Assist Procurement Director with testing and implementation of new company software.
Minimum Qualifications
* Associates or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years in purchasing, service coordination, or materials management * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Strong analytical and negotiation skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software
