About the role
JOIN SQUEEZE *Must have a valid Massage Therapy License*
Pay & Compensation
* $30 per treatment hour * $45 for 80-minute services * $10/hour for downtime (paid when not in session) * $5 per enhancement (guest-selected in-app, no upselling required) * Tips paid weekly (not included in base rate)
Average earnings: $43–$57/hour including tips
Schedule Part Time
* Flexible scheduling: 4, 6, or 8-hour shifts * Minimum 12 hours/week required - one weekday and one weekend * Current Need is evening hours on weekdays and flexible on the weekend * Must be available for at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)

Requirements
* Active Massage Therapy License (North Carolina) * Experience in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage * Passion for delivering personalized, high-quality service * Ability to adapt to guest needs
