About the role
We’re hiring a Junior Dispatcher to support our fast-growing USA trucking operations. This is a fully remote role where you’ll coordinate shipments, communicate with drivers and brokers, and help keep operations running smoothly and on time. If you’re organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to break into the logistics industry and grow.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Coordinate and schedule shipments to ensure on-time delivery
* Communicate with drivers to provide updates, instructions, and support
* Work with brokers to manage loads, updates, and issue resolution
* Handle delays or issues by finding quick and effective solutions
* Maintain accurate records of shipments and dispatch activities
* Track performance and report on delivery progress
* Support customers and internal teams with clear, timely communication
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
* Comfortable handling calls and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Able to multitask and work under pressure
* Proactive and solution-focused mindset
BONUS (NICE TO HAVE)
* Experience in logistics, dispatch, or customer support
* Experience with cold calling or sales
* Exposure to trucking or transportation environments
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (FULLY REMOTE)
* Stable, high-speed internet connection
* Clear headset for calls
* Reliable computer/laptop
WORKING HOURS
* Based on Chicago (CST) time zone
* Monday to Friday
