About the role
CaseGuard is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will own the full-cycle recruitment process across technical and non-technical roles. This role requires a proactive talent partner who can attract high-performing candidates in software engineering, AI/ML, product, sales, operations, and corporate functions.
The ideal candidate has experience recruiting in fast-paced tech environments and understands how to build strong pipelines while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and success profiles. * Create compelling job descriptions and post across relevant platforms. * Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking. * Screen resumes and conduct structured phone/video interviews. * Coordinate technical interviews and hiring panels. * Manage offer negotiation, background checks, and onboarding handoff. * Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and hiring forecasts. * Continuously improve hiring processes and candidate experience. * Represent CaseGuard at job fairs, virtual hiring events, and industry conferences. * Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS. * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Qualifications & Skills
* 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. * Experience hiring for software engineering, AI/ML, SaaS, or technical roles. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Self-starter with a willingness to dig in, learn quickly, and proactively take ownership of work in a high paced environment. * Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
* Experience recruiting in a startup or high-growth tech company. * Familiarity with Greenhouse. * Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance.

Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000
