Job Description
* Lead and steer complex replatforming projects independently * Manage System Integrators and external partners to meet SCAYLE standards * Ensure smooth connectivity and operation of customer environments post-go-live * Own project lifecycle from planning to rollout, including budget and resource management * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and expectations * Maintain transparent communication, progress tracking, and documentation throughout projects * Apply agile methods to drive timely decisions and efficient execution
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or similar experience * 5+ years in IT project management, ideally in e-commerce or SaaS * Proven experience managing enterprise customers and external service providers * Strong knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall * Solid understanding of e-commerce architectures, APIs, and MACH principles * Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills * Experience with complex platform migrations or replatforming projects and project management certifications is a plus
