Affirmed Home Care is urgently seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) who speak both English and Spanish to provide personalized care for a couple in their home in Leonia, New Jersey.

Position Details
* Location: Leonia, NJ, and surrounding areas within approximately 15 miles
* Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
* Hours: 10 hours per day, 50 hours per week
* Start Date: ASAP
* Language Requirement: Fluent in both English and Spanish
* Client Assignment: One-on-one home care for a couple
Responsibilities
* Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping as needed
* Support clients with mobility and daily routines
* Communicate effectively with clients and their family members in English and Spanish
* Follow the individualized care plan and maintain clients’ comfort, safety, and dignity
* Report changes in clients’ conditions to the appropriate care team
Qualifications
* Active New Jersey HHA certification
* Ability to speak both English and Spanish fluently
* Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred
* Compassionate, patient, reliable, and professional
* Ability to work the scheduled hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
* Reliable transportation to and from the client’s home preferred
* Authorization to work in the United States
