Engagement Overview
The Virtual Community Engagement Coordinator is the digital face of our community during live services. This role focuses on creating a warm, welcoming environment for all attendees, ensuring that every guest feels seen, heard, and spiritually supported in our virtual space.
Scope of Services
* Guest Engagement: Actively engaging with guests in the live chat to foster community and answer general questions about the service.
* Spiritual Support: Leading others in prayer in a chat setting, responding to prayer requests with compassion and biblical encouragement.
* Digital Hospitality: Welcoming first-time visitors and providing guidance on how to get further connected with the church.
* Brand Representation: Maintaining a professional and Christ-centered presence that aligns with the church's mission.
Professional Qualifications
* Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey warmth and empathy through text.
* Comfortable utilizing digital platforms and chat interfaces in a fast-paced environment.
* A heart for prayer and a commitment to the religious mission of Greater IMPACT Church.
* Ability to remain focused and professional while representing the organization publicly.
