Responsibilities * Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans * Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments * Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed * Educate patients throughout their recovery * Supervise PTAs * Maintain accurate documentation * Collaborate with physicians and the rehabilitation team
Qualifications * Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program preferred * Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license (or eligible) * Strong communication and patient care skills
