About the Role Help residents live independently and with confidence. As a Home Health Aide at St. Mark Village, you’ll give personalized support that helps older adults keep their independence, comfort, and dignity. The role is task-based and located within one community. During each shift, you’ll help several residents based on their individual care needs.

What You’ll Do
* Help with bathing, showers, and personal care routines * Assist with dressing, grooming, and daily self-care * Complete laundry and light housekeeping as needed * Give medication reminders following community guidelines * Build meaningful relationships through companionship and conversation * Respond to resident requests with kindness, professionalism, and respect
What You’ll Need
* At least 1 year of Home Health Aide experience (required) * Must be at least 18 years old * High school diploma or GED (required) * Current CPR certification, or willingness to get certified after hire * Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for serving older adults * Must pass a drug screening
