Your Role: As a Danish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality service and ensuring a smooth and positive experience across multiple channels.

* Native or fluent Danish speaker * Good level of English for internal communication * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail * Ability to work independently in a remote environment * Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required
