The Sales Intern supports the Sales team by helping to organize and maintain information throughout the sales cycle, from preparing prospect data to coordinating meetings. This position provides hands-on exposure to sales processes and tools while contributing to the team’s efficiency through administrative and organizational support.
Responsibilities
* Assist in organizing and updating prospect and client lists, gathering and structuring information from internal and external sources. * Maintain the accuracy of CRM systems by entering, updating, and organizing prospect and client data. * Contribute to the preparation of internal and external materials, including sales brochures, presentations, and outreach templates. * Conduct market and competitor benchmarking to support the Sales team’s positioning and strategy. * Sales Management team support. * Assist in updating and maintaining the Sales Training Manual.
Profile
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Communications, or a related field. * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a structured team environment. * Fluent in English and French.
Internship Compensation package
Your monthly gross salary will be established based on the degree of your studies:
* Bachelor's degree: €1,000
* 1st year of Master’s degree: €1,250
* Final year of Master’s degree: €1,500
Additional benefits (18 lunch vouchers of 10,80€ per month).
