Remote Customer Onboarding Consultant
About This Role: BuzzTechMedia is a digital solutions company helping businesses and professionals work more efficiently through high-quality virtual assistance and digital support services. We are seeking client-focused Customer Onboarding Consultants to join our growing sales team. You’ll serve as trusted point of contact during onboarding - setting expectations, coordinating next steps, and ensuring each client is satisfied with the value of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome new clients and guide them through the onboarding process
* Conduct virtual onboarding calls to understand client needs, goals, and workflows
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate setup and timely service
* Track onboarding progress and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
* Address questions or concerns and escalate issues when needed
* Ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing account support
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in customer onboarding, client services, or sales is preferred but not required
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Highly organized with excellent follow-up and attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
* Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
