BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Tobyhanna, PA pediatric home care office as a Clinical Manager.

What You’ll Do
* Lead, motivate, and support nursing staff in delivering exceptional pediatric care.
* Visit pediatric clients throughout Monroe, Pike, and Wayne counties to conduct assessments and evaluate care needs.
* Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation.
* Supervise and support field nurses to promote high-quality, reliable care.
* Facilitate orientation and onboarding for newly hired nurses.
* Participate in ongoing staff education, clinical training, and in-service programs.
What You’ll Bring
* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
* At least two years of nursing experience.
* Trach/vent experience or a willingness to learn.
* Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
* Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
* A passion for pediatric nursing and helping other nurses grow professionally.
