About the role
Descripción del empleo
* 5+ years in enterprise virtualization with real design and automation experience. * Design target architectures and reference blueprints. * Automate provisioning and lifecycle with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and pipelines. * Lead the evaluation and adoption of alternative virtualization platforms (KVM, OpenShift Virtualization, Nutanix AHV). * Define standards and technical documentation for operations teams. * Act as the technical reference in projects, migrations and architecture decisions.
Requisitos
* Automation/IaC: Ansible, Terraform, Python or PowerCLI + Git. * Architecture-level knowledge of VMware vSphere and software-defined environments (vSAN, NSX). * Experience with at least one alternative hypervisor (KVM, OpenShift Virtualization, Nutanix AHV). * VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), CI/CD, observability, ITIL 4. * VMware, Red Hat (OpenShift) or Nutanix certifications. * FinOps / cost optimization knowledge. * Spanish and English (professional level).
