What Your Day Looks Like
* Drive company-owned and leased box trucks and straight (flatbed) trucks (non-CDL) to deliver plumbing supplies and related products to customer specifications * Load your truck based on the daily schedule and each customer's delivery needs * Use material handling equipment to load orders accurately * Verify shipping counts and follow safety and security standards * Give customers great service at every stop * Keep your required DOT and OSHA certifications current and take part in our safety programs * Work with the warehouse team and others as needed
What You'll Bring
* Age 21 or older * Valid driver's license * At least 2 years of experience driving a box truck or similar vehicle * Prior box truck experience in shipping, receiving, or delivery (preferred) * High school diploma or GED * Solid knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving techniques * The ability to routinely lift up to 50 lbs, and occasionally lift or move up to 75 lbs, with or without assistance * A customer-first attitude and strong communication skills * Dependable attendance * A DOT medical card, or the ability to obtain one * Willingness to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check
