DARCARS Collision Center of Baltimore is now hiring an Auto Body Technician / Mechanic to join our growing team. We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in high-quality workmanship and want to build a long-term career in the automotive collision repair industry. As an Auto Body Technician / Mechanic, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicle bodies and components in accordance with manufacturer and dealership specifications and time standards.

Qualifications & Requirements * Previous automotive or collision repair experience preferred * CSI and quality scores above the regional average preferred * Ability to perform vehicle repair and maintenance services efficiently * Team-oriented with the ability to work on repetitive and complex tasks * Must be at least 18 years of age * Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record * Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background check)
Responsibilities * Perform work detailed on vehicle repair orders in accordance with manufacturer standards * De-trim, disassemble, and repair vehicles with urgency and strong attention to detail * Maintain and assist with identifying and sourcing parts and materials * Meet or exceed the Collision Center’s productivity requirements * Maintain tools and equipment in proper working conditions * Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations affecting body shop operations (including hazardous waste disposal and OSHA Right-to-Know)
