THE ROLE

OpenSpace is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy and execution across our product portfolio. This role will shape how we position, launch, enable, and drive adoption of our products, connecting customer needs and product capabilities to measurable business outcomes. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Product Marketing at OpenSpace.

As a senior individual contributor, you will work closely with Product Management, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to translate complex product capabilities into compelling value propositions that resonate with customers and support revenue growth.

The ideal candidate combines strong product marketing fundamentals with analytical rigor, customer insight, and a bias toward execution. You can develop strategy independently, bring cross-functional teams together around a shared direction, and continuously improve how we bring products to market and drive customer adoption.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Lead product launches and messaging. Own go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, including positioning, messaging, content development, sales readiness, cross-functional coordination, and post-launch measurement. Establish consistent messaging that communicates the value of OpenSpace products across customer segments and channels.

* Drive customer adoption and lifecycle marketing. Develop and execute lifecycle programs across email, in-product messaging, and other relevant channels to increase product engagement, deepen adoption, support retention, and drive expansion opportunities within our existing customer base.

* Build and deliver sales enablement. Develop the strategy, resources, and training that help Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success communicate product value effectively. Equip teams with relevant product knowledge, demo-ready content, and practical tools, and measure the impact of enablement efforts.

* Influence product strategy. Partner with Product Management to understand the roadmap, identify customer needs, and bring market insights into product development. Help shape early-stage research, feature priorities, and product narratives based on customer problems and business opportunities.

* Lead product-level competitive intelligence. Analyze competitor capabilities, product positioning, and market developments. Translate findings into actionable insights that inform product strategy, messaging, launch planning, and competitive selling.

* Conduct customer research. Design and lead research initiatives, including customer interviews, persona development, customer journey analysis, and win/loss research. Use findings to inform segmentation, positioning, product decisions, and go-to-market strategy.

* Measure performance and identify opportunities. Define success metrics for launches, enablement, lifecycle programs, and adoption initiatives. Analyze performance data to identify trends, test assumptions, and recommend improvements tied to customer and business outcomes.

* Improve go-to-market operations. Continuously refine launch and lifecycle processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and impact. Identify opportunities to use AI and automation responsibly to streamline routine work while applying sound judgment to strategic decisions and customer-facing outcomes.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

* 7–10 years of experience in B2B software marketing, including at least 5 years in product marketing.

* Demonstrated experience leading product launches from planning through execution and measurement, with evidence of measurable results.

* Experience developing and executing customer lifecycle, adoption, or expansion programs that contribute to revenue growth within an existing customer base.

* Hands-on experience conducting customer research and translating findings into actionable marketing or product recommendations.

* Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret funnel performance, engagement metrics, and program results to identify opportunities and guide decisions.

* Excellent writing, messaging, and content development skills, with the ability to move from strategic positioning to detailed execution.

* Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive projects to completion across multiple teams.

* Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to align priorities, influence decisions, and deliver business outcomes.

* Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling, value-based messaging for diverse audiences, including non-technical and field-based customers.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Experience marketing products to industries with physical operations, such as construction, manufacturing, logistics, energy, or field services.

* Experience in demand generation or channel marketing, particularly in roles that provide a foundation for connecting product marketing with broader go-to-market strategy.

* Experience using AI-enabled tools or automation to improve marketing workflows, research, analysis, or content development.
