We're now in the lookout for passionate and dedicated General Virtual Assistants to join our team!
Requirements
Minimum requirements: * At least 2 years of eCommerce virtual assistance experience doing the following tasks: Emailmanagement, Calendar management, order management and processing, liaising with clients’ customers via email, chat, or phone. * Exceptional English communication skills * Knowledge, navigation and use of Microsoft apps and G-Suite apps * Experience in handling several CRMs * Industry experiences: Real Estate, Healthcare/Medical, Hospitality, Finance, IT, Education, Immigration, Legal, etc.
Home office setup requirements: * Dedicated workstation/ workspace. * Noise-canceling headset * 50Mbps minimum internet speed * PC Specifications – i5/Ryzen 5 processor or higher, 8Gb RAM or higher, 500Gb SSD or higher.
