Job Description

Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Candidates must possess current eligibility to live and work in the UK in order for their application to be considered.

As a Workplace Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our studio operates seamlessly and as the face of our studio, greeting colleagues and external contacts, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the studio’s vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

Embracing challenges with creativity and adaptability, you'll ensure that our facilities are optimised to support our studio's needs. Whether it's physical operations & repairs, replenishing vending/coffee machines, coordinating events, or overseeing health and safety practices, you'll be the driving force behind our studio's operational excellence and compliance.

You’ll be part of a team that encourages proactivity, continuous improvement, and your dedication to enhancing our studio environment will make a tangible impact on the overall studio experience.

This is a dynamic role that requires on-site presence 5 days a week. While our core hours are 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week), we value flexibility and ask that you be available to adjust your schedule between 8am and 6pm occasionally, which will be shared amongst the team.

What you'll bring

* Experience in a workplace/facilities office/coordinator role, and an understanding of general office health and safety practices, facilities management, and event coordination. * Flexibility and adaptability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic, reactive environment are crucial, as other priorities may quickly arise. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills. * Exposure to health & safety practices such as housekeeping checks, fire marshalling, or first aid. * Patience, approachability, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to take ownership of tasks. * Have the freedom to be yourself, develop invaluable skills, and make a genuine impact—all without needing to be in a technical role. * Familiarity with administrative tools and ticketing systems. Jira and Miro are desirable, but we welcome those eager to learn and adapt to new ways of working.

What we'll provide

We put our people first through nurturing their creativity & well-being, and the reason we continue to create engaging and compelling AAA titles that are loved across the world. We also value the art of collaboration and a sense of belonging, which is why we've embraced a working model that requires our team members to be on-site, fostering a vibrant and creative work environment that unites us in pursuing our shared goals.

* Everything you need to keep your life in balance - flexible core hours, 25 days of annual leave, Christmas shutdown, and a plan that will enable you to work from anywhere in the EU for up to four weeks per year * 36 annual work-from-home days per year * Life insurance, income insurance, private healthcare, an annual well-being allowance, and more * Generous resources committed to your perpetual personal and professional development * Investment in our community - with paid volunteering days * Fun and entertainment - with free games, activities, and celebrations * Generous relocation support - should you need it

Positive mental health and wellbeing at work are priorities for us. We are a Gold Employer in the Mind Workplace Wellbeing Index, and partners of Safe in Our World. We run an inclusive Wellbeing Champions programme and provide a wide range of training and resources to support all of our people to proactively discuss and manage their own mental health, as well as support their team members.

Ready to Apply?
