We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic In-Home Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Lawrenceville, GA.
Compensation & Benefits

About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will meet directly with homeowners who have requested information about our products and services. Using our proven sales process and technology-driven presentation tools, you'll help customers design their dream bathroom while providing solutions that fit their needs and budget.
This is a field-based sales position with a strong support system, quality leads, and unlimited income potential for driven professionals.
What You'll Do
* Conduct in-home sales presentations with pre-qualified homeowners. * Build rapport and assess customer needs. * Use our proprietary tablet-based design and sales system. * Create customized remodeling solutions. * Present pricing and financing options. * Close sales and maintain a high conversion rate. * Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings.
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Sales experience preferred; home improvement sales experience is a plus. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset. * Professional appearance and presentation skills. * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. * Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed. * Ability to thrive in a performance-based sales environment.
