As a Medical Support Assistant, you play a vital role in ensuring quality and compassionate patient care. You will work under the direct supervision of providers and nursing leadership, performing a variety of administrative and clinical tasks to support patient care. Your contributions are essential to creating a seamless and positive patient experience.

What You Will Do
* Greet and escort patients to the exam room, ensuring a welcoming environment. * Obtain and record accurate medical histories from patients. * Measure and record vital signs, contributing to patient assessments. * Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and readiness. * Assist providers during examinations and procedures, facilitating efficient care delivery.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
* High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. * Current BLS-C certification upon hire or successful completion by the end of orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
* At least one (1) year of related experience. * Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills.
