Job Summary
Part time Phones / Delivery Receptionist Position to assist with organizing and managing drivers and delivery orders.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Handle all incoming phone orders * Transmit orders to the kitchen by recording patrons' choices and identifying their special dietary needs and requests. * Communicate effectively with customers * Work under the guidance of our FOH managers
Qualifications and Skills
* Minimum of 1-year experience in food service/hospitality desired, but not required. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment. * Ability to create a memorable connection with guests through our food. * Gain mastery of the restaurant's menu and be enthusiastic about our offering. * Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with fellow team members and management to provide exceptional guest service. * Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends * Good judgement skills and adaptive attitude
Compensation:
Salary Range
$16.27-$19.29 / Hour
