🎯 What You’ll Do
As a Team Member, you’ll be the reason guests leave with a smile. You’ll:
* Serve up milkshakes, sundaes, chocolates, and joy with consistency and flair * Share our story and products while providing exceptional customer service * Help guests discover new favorites through sampling, recommendations, and upselling * Keep our shop organized, clean, and stocked (from retail shelves to freezers) * Support fun seasonal promotions and displays * Ensure food safety and cash-handling practices are always followed * Jump in as needed to keep the team moving smoothly

* Strong people skills — friendly, approachable, and ready to connect * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment * Attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality * Flexible availability — mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays * Customer service or cash-handling experience is a plus * Bring the energy- you’ll need it movin’ and shakin’ on your feet all day!
