Welcome to The Freelance Firm!
We are a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for our client law firms.
Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated California Trust Administration / Estate Planning Attorney.
Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 6–10 hours per week.

Attorney Responsibilities:
* Draft and organize trust administration documents * Assist with execution of trust plans * Provide support on estate planning and probate administration matters * Review legal documents and ensure accuracy and compliance * Support attorneys with ongoing case management and workflow organization * Assist with general legal drafting and research as needed

Attorney Requirements:
* Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of California * Strong experience in trust administration (primary focus) * Experience with estate planning and probate administration (secondary) * Strong drafting and organizational skills * Ability to manage and support multiple matters efficiently * Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines * Self-starter who can work independently

Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.
