About the role

Your mission

* Support the Head of Group Accounting & Reporting with organizational, coordination, and project-related activities across the finance function. * Coordinate smaller finance projects and workstreams, ensuring clear structures, tracking open items, preparing decision-making materials, and following up on actions through to completion. * Develop and maintain trackers, checklists, filing structures, and status overviews to ensure transparency around financial closings, audits, tax returns, deadlines, approval workflows, and outstanding documentation. * Manage and coordinate key finance documents, including engagement letters, annual financial statements, tax returns, shareholder resolutions, audit reports, and other supporting documentation, ensuring accurate and traceable records. * Act as a point of contact between local Finance teams, Group Finance, and external stakeholders, proactively monitoring deadlines, information requests, and outstanding actions. * Support reporting, compliance, tax, closing, and audit processes, as well as special finance projects, including exit-related information requests where applicable. * Drive the standardization and continuous improvement of administrative finance processes, creating practical and sustainable solutions that enhance transparency, accountability, and efficiency. * Help establish robust coordination and follow-up mechanisms to ensure finance activities are completed accurately and on time.

Your profile

* A completed commercial qualification or training in a tax advisory environment, ideally with exposure to finance, accounting, or bookkeeping. * Initial professional experience in finance, accounting, auditing, project coordination, or a comparable administrative role. * A strong understanding of the importance of accurate documentation, clear deadlines, and well-maintained records. * A highly structured, detail-oriented, and reliable way of working, combined with the ability to coordinate topics independently and think ahead. * Strong organizational skills with a natural sense of priorities, ownership, and effective follow-through. * A proactive, hands-on, and service-oriented mindset. * The ability to build relationships and collaborate professionally with internal and external stakeholders. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Planner, or similar collaboration tools is a plus. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English. * A clear, reliable, and professional communication style, along with the ability to thrive in an international and cross-functional environment.
