Responsibilities
* Connect with prospective and existing clients by phone
* Schedule virtual appointments with individuals requesting information
* Conduct Zoom appointments to explain available insurance products and benefit options
* Answer questions and help clients understand available coverage
* Assist clients with completing applications and required documentation
* Maintain accurate client information and follow-up records
* Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development sessions
