Core Responsibilities - Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism - Take part in continued mentorship and team development - Cultivate long-term client relationships - Handle documentation accurately and stay on top of follow-ups - Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options - Provide attentive, client-first service - Lead virtual Zoom consultations with clients
You're a Good Fit If You Have - Work authorization in the United States - Strong communicators with solid interpersonal skills - Ability to obtain any necessary licenses, if applicable to the role - Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus, not required - A Windows laptop or PC, webcam, and dependable internet - A heart for helping people and supporting a purpose-driven mission - Confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools - Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
