We're looking for a hands-on Mechanical Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC service, retrofit, equipment replacement, and construction projects from turnover through completion.
What You’ll Do
* Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, labor, materials, and subcontractors * Maintain an active jobsite presence and support field teams * Coordinate with customers, general contractors, vendors, and internal departments * Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, purchasing, billing, and project documentation * Monitor project costs, labor performance, risks, and projected margins * Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and customer expectations * Lead project kickoff, progress, and closeout activities
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of mechanical project management, field supervision, trade leadership, or related experience preferred * Hands-on technical trade experience required * Commercial HVAC experience strongly preferred * Ability to read plans, specifications, scopes, and equipment documentation * Working knowledge of scheduling, job costing, procurement, and change management * Strong customer communication, organization, and field problem-solving skills * Experience with COINS, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar systems is a plus * Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly to jobsites
This is a full-time position that divides time between the office, customer locations, and active jobsites.
