Sibanye-Stillwater Recycling is looking for a motivated, dependable Team Lead – Logistics Warehouse to help drive daily warehouse operations at our Fairless Hills, PA facility.

What You'll Do
* Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, staging, and material movement.
* Lead by example, providing hands-on guidance and support to warehouse employees.
* Help prioritize daily assignments to keep operations safe, organized, and on schedule.
* Support inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and warehouse documentation.
* Partner with Logistics, Operations, and Shipping & Receiving to maintain efficient workflow.
* Promote our Safety First culture and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
This is a working team lead position without direct supervisory responsibilities.
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or material handling experience.
* Previous lead or team coordination experience preferred.
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Forklift experience preferred.
* Basic computer or inventory management system experience.
* A team-first attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety.
A Schedule That Works for You
Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Additional Requirements
Candidates must meet applicable ITAR eligibility and NAID AAA Certification background screening requirements, successfully complete a pre-employment physical and drug screening, and be able to work safely in an industrial environment while wearing required PPE.
