Chiropractor Hampton VA Urgently Hiring $90K–$120K total comp | Established Patient Base | No Weekends We are seeking a confident and motivated Chiropractor to join our established, growing practice in Hampton, VA, just 15 miles north of Norfolk. This is a W-2 employed position with a guaranteed base salary plus up to $20,000 in additional performance compensation when on target. Even better—you won't be starting from scratch. You'll step into an established patient base with strong new-patient flow and an experienced clinical and administrative team supporting you. What You'll Do * Perform chiropractic adjustments and extremity adjusting * Conduct patient exams, re-exams, and progress evaluations * Take and review X-rays and clinical findings * Develop individualized treatment and wellness plans * Educate patients and clearly communicate recommendations * Identify patients who may benefit from rehabilitation, spinal decompression, or other supportive therapies * Maintain timely and accurate documentation * Collaborate with our experienced clinical and support team
What We're Looking For * Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree * Virginia chiropractic license or eligibility for licensure * Confident, skilled full-spine adjuster who is comfortable with techniques such as Diversified, Thompson Drop, and Activator * Pediatric experience and Webster Certification are a plus, but not required * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
