About the role
Essential Anesthesia Management is looking for a CRNA to join our team at Montrose Regional Health in Montrose, Colorado!
Position Highlights:
* Annual compensation of $386,568 * Rotating schedule with one full week off every five weeks * 8-hour and 10-hour weekday shifts * 75-bed regional hospital * Team consists of 5 CRNAs and 3 Anesthesiologists * Daily staffing includes 4 CRNAs and 2 Anesthesiologists * Cases: GYN, Spine, OB, orthopedics, plastics, podiatry, urology, some thoracics * Independent practice in a collaborative team model * OB volume – 321 cases a year * Primary CRNA call is 1:5, Monday–Friday and Sunday, with backup call on Saturdays * Additional compensation of $200/hour for out-of-grid hours and call back * 2 full-time positions available
Qualifications:
* Ability to Practice with Autonomy * CRNA Colorado License or the ability to get one
