Key Responsibilities
Client Care
* Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities * Support clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and medication reminders * Perform light housekeeping and offer companionship * Promote client safety, comfort, dignity, and independence
Leadership & Coordination
* Train and mentor caregivers, including onboarding new team members * Assist with caregiver scheduling and coverage needs * Participate in an on-call rotation for caregiver and client support * Attend weekly office meetings to support operations and communication * Travel throughout Waukesha and Milwaukee Counties, including Lake Country and Eagle/Mukwonago areas
Qualifications
Required
* Minimum 2 years of experience working with seniors * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Availability for occasional weekends, holidays, and on-call responsibilities * Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Preferred
* Previous experience leading, mentoring, or training caregivers * Home Health Aide, Caregiver, CNA, or related senior care experience
