Call Center Office Representative
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Job Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:
* Data entry * Scheduling and confirming appointments * Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls * Coordinating and completing administrative tasks * Ordering materials * Assisting with client interactions, including answering phones and emails, showroom visits, product knowledge, and product integration * Scheduling leads, service calls, installations, and client appointments * Maintaining accurate lead and client information in the company's CRM system * Providing daily support to on-site management * Processing payments and finance applications * Making follow-up calls to collect balances upon project completion * Occasionally participating in local home shows and events
Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
