Optimal TMS is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven person to help grow awareness, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
What You’ll Do
1. Build relationships with physicians, therapists, organizations, employers, and community leaders. 2. Develop referral partnerships and new business opportunities. 3. Educate people about Optimal TMS and accelerated TMS treatment. 4. Attend meetings, events, and networking opportunities. 5. Follow up with prospective partners and patient opportunities. 6. Work with our team to help turn relationships into measurable growth.
Who We’re Looking For
Someone who is:
1. Great with people and relationship building. 2. Self-motivated and dependable. 3. Comfortable opening doors and starting conversations. 4. Professional, organized, and good at follow-up. 5. Excited about helping expand access to better mental health care.
Healthcare, medical sales, business development, or community outreach experience is helpful but not required.
