Your Day-to-Day - Handle documentation accurately and stay on top of follow-ups - Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom - Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism - Focus on delivering excellent, client-centered service - Present supplemental benefit options tailored to each individual or family - Build strong, long-term client relationships - Take part in continued mentorship and team development
What We're Looking For - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. - Ease with virtual tools and video meetings - Customer service or consultative background a plus, not required - Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam - Willingness and ability to obtain required state licensing, if applicable - A service-minded, mission-driven attitude - Self-driven, organized individuals comfortable working independently - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
