Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Myrtle Beach SC FT or PT |Great Benefits | $30/hr We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing multidisciplinary practice in Myrtle Beach, SC. Part-Time or Full-Time opportunities available! Join a collaborative team of Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, Nurse Practitioners, and rehabilitation professionals dedicated to helping patients reduce pain, restore function, and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities * Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist * Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, stretching, balance, gait training, and functional activities * Administer modalities including e-stim, ultrasound, traction, heat, and cold therapy * Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention * Document patient progress accurately in the EMR * Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care
Qualifications * Graduate of an accredited PTA program * Active South Carolina PTA license * Outpatient orthopedic or chiropractic experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
