Morrison Industrial Equipment is hiring a Full-Time Service Department Associate for our Mason location. If you're organized, customer-focused, and looking for a career with growth opportunities, we'd like to hear from you.
Location: 575 Jewett Rd., Mason, MI 48854 Schedule: Monday-Friday, First Shift Hours: 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities Pay: $20-$24 per hour, based on experience
What You'll Do
* Open, process, and monitor service work orders * Update customers on repair status and timelines * Prepare and process repair estimates * Process warranty claims * Coordinate with technicians to support efficient scheduling * Answer phones and assist customers professionally * Support rental inquiries, quotes, and deliveries * Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Self-motivated with a willingness to learn * Excellent problem-solving abilities * Strong customer service and communication skills * Basic mechanical knowledge * Intermediate Microsoft Office 365 skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) * Valid driver's license with a good driving record * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical exam, and background check
