What You'll Do - Walk individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options - Focus on delivering excellent, client-centered service - Handle documentation accurately and stay on top of follow-ups - Build strong, long-term client relationships - Hold client consultations virtually using Zoom - Engage in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional growth - Walk clients through enrollment clearly and professionally
What You Bring - Eligible to work in the United States - Ability to obtain any necessary licenses, if applicable to the role - Comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools - Customer service background helpful but not required - Self-driven, organized individuals comfortable working independently - Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam - A genuine interest in helping others and supporting a mission-driven company - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
