About the Role We're seeking an Account Manager / Marketing Project Manager to facilitate clear communication between clients and delivery teams, ensuring projects run smoothly and expectations are met.
Responsibilities
* Provide clients with regular communication, including project status updates * Facilitate communication of critical information between clients and internal team * Daily management of ClickUp projects and deadlines * Translate client requests and campaign updates into actionable next steps * Maintain working understanding of ABM, campaign execution, content, email, paid/social, and marketing terminology * Other responsibilities and duties as assigned
Requirements
* 5 years' experience in account management * Proven ability to manage project-based client relationships * Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Technological proficiency: Slack, ClickUp
