The Role Involves - Prioritize high-quality, client-focused interactions - Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communication - Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism - Engage in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional growth - Meet with clients virtually over Zoom to discuss their needs - Build strong, long-term client relationships - Walk individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options
What You'll Need - Strong communication and people skills - Able to obtain any necessary professional licensing, where applicable - Self-driven, organized individuals comfortable working independently - Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam - A genuine interest in helping others and supporting a mission-driven company - Work authorization in the United States - Customer service or consultative background a plus, not required - Confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools
